For over a decade, the Harbor House 400 has been raising critical dollars to support homeless, abandoned, abused, and neglected children cared for by Ocean's Harbor House. This year is the 12th anniversary of the ride and it promises to be the best yet! Our 11th anniversary goal raised $150,000 to aid local children in crisis, and with your help, this year we can make it again!
$5,000 Presenting Sponsor: Our Presenting Sponsor will be promoted as such in all radio promos and commercials for a period of 2 months prior to the event. They will also have their name and logo printed on magnetic signs that will travel the whole five days with the ride on the doors of approximately a half dozen support vehicles. They will be placed at the top of the rider T-shirts. They will be print on any printed materials for the event following their commitment of sponsorship, and have their name and logo placed on the bike tour web site. Presenting Sponsors will also receive a reserved table and 6 distinguished guest passes at the Welcome Home Family Day Celebration. In addition, they are welcome to bring a banner and promotional materials to the event.
$3,000 Family Day Host Sponsor: Our host Sponsors will be promoted as such in all the live radio announcements the day of the event. They will be listed on any materials for the event following their commitment of sponsorship, and have their name and logo placed on the bike tour web site. Host Sponsors will also receive a reserved table and 6 distinguished guest passes at the Welcome Home Family Day Celebration. In addition, they are welcome to bring a banner and promotional materials to the event.
$2,500 Finish Line Sponsor: These sponsors will also have their name and logo printed on the magnetic signs that will travel with the ride. In addition to your Windward Beach display, you will also receive a plaque acknowledging your support and 4 distinguished guest passes at the Welcome Home Family Day Celebration.
$1,500 Family Day Prize Sponsor: During the closing celebration we will be presenting a number of prizes, awards, and raffles, along with hosting special entertainment just for kids such as a face painter, giant inflatable toys, and/or a tricycle race around the championship circle. This sponsor would be critical to allowing us to expand these opportunities and would be recognized on the overall display board and on individual displays at each event. They would also receive 4 distinguished guest passes at the Welcome Home Family Day Celebration.
$1,000 Midway Sponsor: Throughout each day of the ride, several SAG (Support and Gear) Stops are set up at various venues along the route. Mini-Rest Stops are established while tables are set up for snacks and beverages for all the riders and their cycles are looked over by the ride mechanic. Midway Sponsors will be recognized in displays at each SAG Stop of day, 2, 3, and 4 of the ride. They will also be recognized in all Windward Beach Displays.
$500 Starting Line Sponsor: At the kickoff festivities, riders will be given registration packets and breakfast, while taking a last minute look over their cycles. Starting Line Sponsors will have a display at the kickoff along with a letter of support and well wishes placed in all registration packets signed by the sponsors. They will also have displays set up at all SAG stops on day 1 of the ride.
$150 MILE Markers: Mark the Journey of Hope with us! Only the first 400 sponsors will be taken at this level to line the path home for the riders. Sponsor road signs will be placed alongside of the road at designated mile markers and then brought home to surround the park for the closing ceremonies. Join the team, be a Mile Marker TODAY!

**All Sponsors: We will proudly display signage and acknowledgements for all sponsors at our closing ceremonies, The Welcome Home Family Day Celebration. The Family Day Celebration is hosted at Windward Beach Park in Brick, NJ on July 13th from 1-4pm. The event will host over 500 guests for food, fun, prizes, entertainment, and radio promotions. All sponsors over $500 will have their name and/or logo printed on our riders' T-shirts which will be worn by all riders on the last day as they enter the park. Their name will be printed in an equally relevant size equivalent to the amount of their donation. Sponsors will also be noted on public relations materials, signage, and press releases.
