For more than a decade, the Harbor House 400 has been raising critical dollars to support homeless, abandoned, abused, and neglected children cared for by Ocean's Harbor House. This year is the 14th anniversary of the ride and is the year that the ride will surpass the one million dollar mark of funds raised since its inception. Be a part of it!
$10,000 Presenting Sponsor: Presenting Sponsors will be promoted as such in all radio promotions and commercials prior to the event. Their name and logo will be printed on any printed materials for the ride; printed on the magnetic signs to be placed on all support vehicles that travel the whole five days of the ride; included on a banner and a display board at the Welcome Home Celebration; and placed on the bike tour web site. Presenting Sponsors will also receive a reserved table at the Celebration and are invited to bring promotional materials to the event.
$5,000 Family Day Host Sponsor: Host Sponsors will be promoted as such in radio announcements the day of the event. They will be listed on any printed materials for the event; have their name and logo printed on the magnetic signs to be placed on all support vehicles that travel the whole five days of the ride; included on a banner and a display board at the Welcome Home Celebration; and placed on the bike tour web site. Host Sponsors will also receive a reserved table at the Celebration and are invited to bring promotional materials to the event.
$4,000 Finish Line Sponsor: These sponsors will have their name and logo printed on the magnetic signs placed on all support vehicles that travel the whole five days of the ride; included on a banner and a display board at the Welcome Home Celebration; and have reserved seating for 4 at the Celebration.
$2,000 Family Day Prize Sponsor: These sponsors will be recognized as the prize sponsors in announcements made at the Welcome Home Celebration; included on the display board; and have reserved seating for 4 at the Celebration.
$1,500 Midway Sponsor: These sponsors will be recognized in displays at each Support and Gear Stop (SAG - a mini rest stop with snacks and beverages for the riders) on day 2, 3, and 4 of the ride and be recognized in all Windward Beach Displays.
$1,000 Starting Line Sponsor: These sponsors will have a display at the kick off event; have a display set up at all SAG Stops on day 1 of the ride and be recognized in all Windward Beach displays.
$150 MILE Markers: These sponsors will have their names printed on road signs that will be displayed along the side of the road at the entrance to the park for the Welcome Home Celebration.
Join us July 11th at our Welcome Home Celebration as we applaud the return of our riders and support personnel. The Celebration is hosted at Windward Beach Park in Brick, NJ from 12:30 - 3:30 PM. There will be food, prizes, entertainment, and fun for all.
All sponsors over $500 will have their name and/or logo printed on our riders' t-shirts which will be worn by all riders on the last day as they enter the park. The sponsor's name will be printed in a relevant size equivalent to the amount of their donation. Sponsors will also be noted on printed materials and signage at the event.
To ensure that your name and logo are able to be printed on all promotional material and T-shirts, please submit by June 15, 2010.
