We are excited to announce that Daniela’s Wish donated an X-Box and games to at-risk youth living in our Supervised Transitional Living Program (STLP).
The Supervised Transitional Living Program (STLP) at Harbor House was established in 2001 to meet the needs of older youth, ages 16-21. In the past, these youth were too old for traditional shelter services, yet they still required supervised housing and/or everyday life skills in order to become self-sufficient, independent adults. This program has helped many teens over the years and continues to grow. Part of the success of the program comes from the support of the local community and other organizations who donate and volunteer time.
A special thank you to Daniela for her generosity and act of kindness for this donation. Daniela has created a great non-profit that helps support children and their families by providing items lost or needed to get through a tragedy or time of sadness. A shout out to the Board Members at Daneila’s Wish and all that you do for Daniela’s Wish. Harbor House thanks you for your generosity and kindness.
