Step 1 - Fill out the application
In order to fill out the application you have to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
You can download the software by clicking on the following link:

Complete all of the fields on the application and either print the form and mail it to

Step 2 - Submit the entry fee
You can submit your entry fee by either mailing a check to

OR
by clicking on the "click to pay entry fee" button below

All registration forms and entry fees must be submitted by March 31, 2012
or an additional fee of $25 will be added.
Step 3 - Set up your website
All riders who want to set up their own webpage so that other people can donate to them
VIA CREDIT CARD on their behalf can do so by going back to the following link
on the main page of Active.com

Click on the link "Click here to donate to HARBOR HOUSE 400" on the bottom part of the page, just above the map.

Then you need to click on the "Become a Fundraiser" tab at the top of the page and set up your site, following all of the instructions provided.
