24-Hour Emergency Hotline

Our History

Since 1988, Ocean’s Harbor House has served as a safe haven for runaway and homeless youth in our region.

By addressing their needs at critical moments, we have helped break destructive cycles and inspire hope for brighter futures. Over the past nearly 40 years, we have consistently provided interventions and solutions to meet young people where they are, fostering stability and empowerment.

Throughout our history, we have operated continuously for over 13,300 days, offering unwavering support to children and youth across multiple programs. We have delivered 316,699 hours of supervised care, ensuring that each young person has access to guidance and structure. Additionally, we have provided 957,900 nutritious meals, ensuring that no child or young adult in our care goes hungry.

Our counseling and life skills programs have been equally impactful, with 138,528 sessions designed to help youth develop essential tools for success. We have served over 6,000 homeless youth through our Emergency Youth Shelter, addressing immediate crises and providing a pathway to stability. Beyond emergency care, we have reached more than 4,000 youth and families through our family crisis programs, helping to rebuild relationships and resolve conflicts. Finally, through our Transitional Living Program, we have supported over 600 young adults, equipping them with the skills and resources they need to transition into independent living successfully.
