CODE BLUE Family/Women’s Shelter

A CODE BLUE ALERT is declared when temperatures drop below freezing and weather conditions pose a danger to the homeless population. A Code Blue Alert allows Ocean’s Harbor House to partner with Just Believe Inc. to take homeless families into our home-like facility for the night.
