Part-Time Overnight Counselor

A backbone of our residential programming, Overnight Counselors are responsible for the 3rd shift operations of our Emergency Youth Shelter and Supervised Transitional Living Program. This is a part-time position (hourly up tom 25 hours weekly).
Survivor Advocate/Family Crisis Counselor

This is a dual position. A Survivor Advocate is someone who identifies as a survivor of the commercial sex industry. This position will travel to various schools in Monmouth and Ocean counties to provide CSEC prevention groups, individual counseling and case management services to youth who are at risk of sexual exploitation. This is a full-time position with benefits. BSW/Ba in psychology or behavioral sciences (MSW/MA or the like preferred.) Minimum of five years recovery from sexual exploitation. Spanish speaking preferred. 
Youth Care Worker

Partnering with Primary and Life Skills Counselors to provide supervision and stability to the daily lives of youth in residence, Youth Care Workers play a direct role in improving the lives of our clients through living routine and youth activities. This position is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly and qualifies for the NJ Earned Sick Leave and overtime standards.
Facilities Director

This position has been filled! Maintain buildings, grounds, and vehicles, and technology as needed so that the agency’s administration and programs can focus on their service and growth.  To attend required meetings, complete required paperwork and assist in program delivery when appropriate.

 

This position is a full-time position (40 hours weekly). This position qualifies for full benefits under the agency’s benefit package.

Volunteer

Each year groups help us with our Wishlist for our residential programs. They also assist with various projects such as clean up, holiday decorating and seasonal activities. Your group can make our house their home.
