Overnight Counselor

A backbone of our residential programming, Overnight Counselors are responsible for the 3rd shift operations of our Emergency Youth Shelter and Supervised Transitional Living Program. This is a full time, 40 hours weekly, position and qualifies for the agency’s comprehensive benefit package.
Director of Program Management and Grants

The Director of Program Management and Grants is responsible for three main functions: strategic program leadership, program performance management and quality improvement and grant research and writing.  This position ensures strong team management and development and high-level services delivery that aligns with funding commitments as well as overall Mission, Values and Vision. This role works collaboratively to identify and execute on opportunities for program improvement change, innovation and growth. Grant research, writing, data collection and analysis is done in conjunction with other agency team members to ensure high quality grant submissions and reporting on commitments when a grant is awarded.
Youth Care Worker

Partnering with Primary and Life Skills Counselors to provide supervision and stability to the daily lives of youth in residence, Youth Care Workers play a direct role in improving the lives of our clients through living routine and youth activities. This position is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly and qualifies for the NJ Earned Sick Leave and overtime standards.

Volunteer

Each year groups help us with our Wishlist for our residential programs. They also assist with various projects such as clean up, holiday decorating and seasonal activities. Your group can make our house their home.
